Return & Exchange
If for some reason you don't fall in love with your purchase with Alamod Boutique; we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed & undamaged merchandise. Below are the guidelines for an approved return and exchange.
At Alamod Boutique we only do exchange or store credit only.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the return form along with the merchandise you purchase.
Once the item is returned to us in the condition described below, we will process store credit refund and email the store credit code to you IF YOU ARE APPROVED.
You have 7 days after delivery date to return merchandise for an exchange or store credit.
All merchandise needs to include the original packaging, tags and be in the same condition as when it was received for store credit or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
It's important to note that the shipping costs of returning the product to us is not covered by Alamod Boutique. Unless the reason for the return was due to an error on our part. In those cases we will email you a return label.
Please allow 5 business days after the item is returned for the exchange or store credit to be processed.
For exchanges merchandise we will not recharge you for reshipment if you are in the US.
If you are NOT APPROVED for an exchange or a store credit, we will CHARGE $7.99 to reship your merchandise back.

Sale items are exempt from being returned.
Accessories are exempt from being returned.
